Ffynnon Events

Our six new Ffynnon Board Members have stepped into their roles as of Imbolc, Feb 1st, 2026 and we are swiftly moving in the direction of hosting events on the Ffynnon property.

Currently our planned 2026 events include:

  • Ostara at Ffynnon, Saturday March 14th. 
  • Beltane, The Fires of Renewal, at Camp Cedar Ridge, May 1st - 3rd. 
  • Lammas, Gathering the Grains, at Ffynnon, Saturday August 1st. 
  • FALL EQUINOX at Ffynnon, Sept 17th - 20th.

We are looking forward to seeing you all again on the Land this year.

    Samhain 2026:

    A Journey Through the Du’at

    A Samhain Ancestor Ritual at Ffynnon

    October 24 | Arrive at 11:00 AM |
    Ritual begins at Noon | Concludes by 4:00 PM

    Join us at Ffynnon for A Journey Through the Du’at, a Samhain gathering inspired by ancient Egyptian traditions of death, transformation, and the journey of the soul.

    Together, we will enter the symbolic landscape of the Du’at, the Egyptian realm of the dead, creating space to remember, honor, and connect with those who came before us. Through ritual, reflection, and community, we will journey between the worlds and spend time with the memory and presence of our ancestors.

    Participants are invited to bring photographs, keepsakes, or meaningful objects representing their ancestors to contribute to our community ancestor altar. These items will help us create a shared sacred space for remembrance. Please take them home with you after ritual.

    Following the ritual, we will gather for a community desert potluck. Please bring a bag lunch and a dessert to share. Ffynnon will provide water, hot tea, coffee, and hot chocolate.

    This event is free to attend, but registration is required.

    What to Bring

    • A cup or mug 
    • A chair 
    • Good footwear suitable for walking on uneven, wooded ground 
    • A walking cane or other walking aid if needed 
    • Photos or objects representing your ancestors 
    • A bag lunch 
    • A dessert or finger food to share 
    Come prepared to walk between the worlds, remember those who came before, and share in the mystery and community of Samhain.

The Wheel of the Year

The Wheel of the Year embodies the 8 spokes of the solar cycle, based on the 2 solstices, 2 equinoxes, and 4 cross-quarter holidays.

Ffynnon’s Wheel of the Year is intimately tied to the dynamics of the seasons we experience on the land. Our connection is symbolized by identifying with the life cycle of the trees of our forest and by extension to all life; for without them, we are not.

The life cycle of the trees is at the heart of Ffynnon: Seed - Sprout - Seedling - Sapling - Stripling - Mature - Fruiting - Snag
